Web Tech AutoWeigh manufactures standard models within its range of equipment, however many of our projects involve the design and manufacture of “custom” equipment . This may involve modifications to our standard electronics and software, or mechanical and dimensional changes to suit existing plant requirements. Custom Electronics / Software
Web Tech AutoWeigh have designed and manufactured control cabinets for various applications, from simple variable speed control, to total conveyor control inclusive of all ancillary equipment.

Over the years we have produced various software versions for our equipment, based upon particular customer requirements. Examples include sampler control outputs and conveyor underspeed alarms as part of our Conveyor Belt Scales, to specialised control strategies for our Weigh Belt Feeders.

Custom Mechanical Equipment
For many applications, the equipment has to fit into an existing space rather than modifying the plant.  Web Tech AutoWeigh regularly modifies its standard designs, or comes up with new ones, to suit the plant requirements. Simple examples include the lengthening (or shortening) of our standard Weigh Belt Feeder length to fit the required inlet to outlet distance.
