1200 SERIES - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The WT 1200 is a medium capacity Weigh Belt Feeder.

The WT 1200 is available in 300 mm and 600 mm belt widths. Maximum capacities are 14 m3/Hr for the 300 mm model, and 26 m3/Hr for the 600 mm model.

All models of the  WT 1200 are fabricated from stainless steel, and can be easily disassembled for cleaning purposes.

The WT 1200 can be used to operate at a constant speed, or can be operated as a variable speed, constant rate feeder.

The WT 1200 provides outputs to remote equipment for proportional additives such as flavouring. A range of various capacity extension hoppers are available upon request, or the WT 1200 can be mounted directly under an existing hopper or feeder. The horseshoe” style inlet allows the WT 1200 to be directly supplied by a vibratory feeder or conveyor. Typical accuracies of ±0.25% to ±0.5% are possible, depending on the type of material to be weighed.
