1700 Weigh Belt Feeder Range

The Model 1700 Weigh Belt Feeder is designed for medium to heavy duty applications over a broad spectrum of industries.  The 1700 is available in  a number of configurations including Open Construction, Enclosed dust-tight construction, Belt widths from 300 mm - 1200mm, Flat Belting/ Corrugated Side Walls and PVC / Rubber / Heat Resistant.

Robust 210 mm diameter tail pulley crowned to aid belt tracking with an integral scraper, fitted with replaceable blades. Lagged head pulley with optional diamond pattern grooving. Telescope belt take-ups. Shafting selected for the application. Fully adjustable carry rolls with sealed bearings.

Integral gravity belt tensioner and belt steering mechanism. Gravity assisted plough scraper with replaceable blades. Optional hydraulically damped load cells. Optional drag chain pan scrapers for enclosed models. Stainless steel inlet chutes. Split chutes for easy removal of belt.

Cantilevered design for easy belt removal and installation. Fully digital encoder in a rugged stainless steel enclosure. (IP65 / Nema 4x rating.) Fitted to the tail pulley for true belt speed indication.
