2000 Weigh Belt Feeder Range   

The Web-Tech Model WT2000 Weigh Belt Feeder is a medium duty weigh Belt Feeder designed to accurately weigh various products on a continuous basis. Available in belt widths of 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm and 1000mm, open or enclosed construction, the Model 2000 can be used on a wide range of applications.

The Model 2000 Weigh Belt Feeder calculates the flow rate and total amount of material passing over it by continuously integrating the weight on a direct support weigh platform and a high resolution belt speed sensor signal.

On variable speed models, the system can be used to automatically maintain a set feed rate of product. The Model 2000 is available in mild steel with stainless steel contact surfaces, or total stainless steel construction. We also offer semi enclosed units to cover the weighing area from foreign objects.

All components are designed for long life even in adverse operating environments. Typical accuracy is +/- 0.5% for weighing and rate control.

A range of options and electronic packages can be engineered to suit your application.
