735 Series Weigh Belt Feeder Range

The Model 735 Weigh Belt Feeder is a light to medium duty Weigh Belt Feeder designed to accurately weigh various products on a continuous basis. Available in belt widths of 300 mm and 600mm, open or enclosed construction, the Model 735 has been successfully used in products from fine powders to cereals. The Model 735 is available in mild steel, mild steel with stainless steel contact surfaces, or totally stainless steel construction.

Fully enclosed models ensure product containment within the Weigh Belt Feeder housing. All components are designed for long life even in adverse operating environments. We also offer semi enclosed units to cover the weighing area from foreign objects.

A direct support weighing mechanism which utilises a sealed load cell is an integral part of the weigh Belt Feeder's design.  Typical accuracy is +/- 0.25% to +/- 0.5% for weighing and rate control.

A range of options and electronic packages can be engineered to suit your application.
