Rate control System The Weigh Belt Feeder runs at a constant speed and provide a control signal to the VSD controlling the model 2000 vibratory feeder. The control signal increases / decreases the output of the vibratory feeder to maintain the setpoint required. The Weigh Belt Feeder electronics provides a rate output (isolated 4-20mA) signal to a PLC/DCS to confirm the actual rate passing over the weigh Belt Feeder. |
