VF1000 is a Low capacity single screw feeder , 0.0003 to 0.075 m3/hr , 14/20 & 30 litre capacity , Turndowns up to 50:1 available, Stainless steel construction . Internal agitation is standard.
VF2000 is a Medium capacity single or twin crew feeder, Capacities up to 5m3/hr, Various hopper capacities, Mild steel epoxy coated or Stainless steel construction. 
VF3000 is a Large capacity single or twin screw feeder , Capacities up to 50 m3/hr , Various hopper capacities . Mild steel epoxy coated or Stainless steel construction.

Screw Weighing System

Web-Tech can supply weighing systems to be installed onto new or existing screw conveyors. The system can display the rate and total throughput for applications that do not require high accuracy. Typical accuracies in the order of ±1% to ±3% are achievable.

Optimus Plus is an enhanced version of Optimus®. Using a grayscaled, quarter VGA screen, Optimus Plus has been designed for use with vibratory & screw type LIW feeders with optional Batching. The larger display allowing for the presentation of ample amounts of feeder data and alarms.
